[edited] David Noonan (not Danny) at Newsweek draws conclusions from a recent medical study that shows uninsured patients are more likely than insured patients to die in the hospital, especially from trauma.He doesn't mention the obvious conclusion, that those who choose to go without insurance probably make other bad decisions (like driving drunk, snorting cocaine, or smoking). Mr. Noonan concludes that it is, in fact, a lack of insurance that kills people.
